We relocated to Valencia from the US in September. This would not have been possible without the help of the amazing Linda & Zanda at YES Valencia.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Working with Yes Valencia during our transition to Spain is a decision that I have appreciated more & more as time has passes. Zanda & Linda know the system so well and have done all of our thinking & preparing for us. We have been free to focus on experiencing Valencia knowing that they have every important detail covered. Being from the U.S. we didn’t understand the Real Estate purchase process in Valencia at all, not to mention it was all in a language we didn’t speak.
